Oh Thou bird - You fly in the sky unfettered

Ready to explore the unexplored,

Ready to seek the un-seekable,

Will ever a day come again on earth when the muggle mind can again think as you can fly ?

Oh Thou bird - What became of us ?

The most learned seem so ignorant

The most reasoning mind seems to reject reason

The most creative mind just follows along blindly

Will ever a day come again on earth when the muggle mind will stop and re-evaluate ?

Oh Thou bird - you fly in the sky uninfluenced  

Uninfluenced by your peers, kith or kin

Uninfluenced by the prevailing societal norms

Steered only by your natural instincts and free thought

Will there ever come a day when the muggle mind can again live as you can fly?

Oh Thou bird, while this world below you festers away, I lose hope not 

When I look above - there you are!

Soaring high above the clouds - reminding us of what could be..
